| Description | Boc-Amine Alkyne-PEG-acid, MW 1,000 is a linear trifunctional polydisperse PEG with protected amine, alkyne, and carboxylic acid moieties. The alkyne can be reacted with azide molecule via copper click chemistry whereas the carboxylic acid (-COOH) is reactive with amine in the presence of activator, such as HATU or EDC. Finally, the boc protecting group can be removed under acidic conidtion to produce a free amine for coupling with an NHS ester. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries. |
