Dendro Azide-PEG-Dendro Azide is a dendritic PEG derivative with branched dendritic wedges at both ends of the molecular chain. It is a hydrophilic terminal group functional polymer. The series features linear PEG functionalized with BISMPA dendriform polymer wedges that have an average number of functional end groups (e.g. azides). It is soluble in water, ethanol, THF, DMF, DMSO, chloroform, etc. Dendro Acid-PEG-Dendro Acid, which can increase the molecular weight of modified drugs, is popular in drug release applications. The dispersion and solubility of drugs in aqueous solution can be changed by PEG.
