Synonyms: Acrylate-polyethylene glycol-acrylate; Acrylate-PEG-Acrylate
Acrylate polyethylene glycol acrylate (AC-PEG-AC) is a linear bifunctional peg reagent with two acrylate (AC) groups. It is usually viscous liquid or solid particles, easily soluble in DCM, DMF, DMSO and most other organic solvents, soluble in water. It needs to be frozen at -20℃. It is commonly used for polymerization or UV photosensitive photopolymerization initiated by free radical initiators, as well as the formation of cross-linked polymer networks and preapre PEG hydrogels. In practical application, AC-PEG-AC is widely used in drug release, pharmaceutical research, new material research and bacterial culture.
