FITC-PEG-Biotin is a linear heterobiotic functional PEG reagent with fluorescein dye and Biotin group at both ends of the molecular chain. FITC luciferin is a commonly used biological fluorescent tracer for staining cells, tissues, biomarkers or nanoparticles. It has peak absorption or excitation at 494 nm and maximum emission at 521 nm. Fluorescent PEG is commonly used for PEGylation to label or label biomolecules and nanoparticles with dyes and tracers. Biotin is an antimicrobial protein or an antimicrobial protein. Used on the surface of biotinylated biomolecules or other materials. Biotin can be easily detected by biotin/streptavidin binding assays and is widely used for molecular target detection.
