Four-Arm PEG-Succinimidyl Carboxymethyl Ester (4-Arm PEG-SCM) is a multiarm PEG derivative with succinimidyl carboxymethyl ester groups at each terminal of the four arms connected to one pentaerythritol core, white solid, usually filled with nitrogen sealed and stored at -20℃ from light. Succinimidyl carboxymethyl ester can linked to the free amino bond of active drugs, and the amino acetate bond produced by coupling is more stable than the ester bond. It is widely used in products that react with drug coupling. It provides conditions for medical research, drug delivery, nanotechnology and new materials research, cell culture and ligand research, peptide synthesis support, grafting of polymer compounds, new materials and functional coatings modified by polyethylene glycol.
