Alkene polyethylene glycol Alkene (Alkene-PEG-Alkene) is a double peg derivative with two Alkene groups. It is usually a viscous liquid or solid powder, depending on the molecular weight. It needs to be protected by inert gas and dissolved in most organic solvents, such as DCM, DMF, DMSO, THF and so on, but also has a good solubility in water. Alkene group is widely used in organic and pharmaceutical synthesis, such as the synthesis of optically active α - aminophosphonate derivatives. It provides conditions for medical research, drug delivery, nanotechnology and new materials research, cell culture and ligand research, peptide synthesis support, grafting of polymer compounds, new materials and functional coatings modified by polyethylene glycol.
