Aminated polyethylene glycol derivatives (mPEG-NH2) can be used to modify proteins, peptides, antibodies, enzymes, particles, biomedical devices and other active groups with carboxyl (-COOH) or other reactive groups that can react with primary amines Materials and small molecules.
