| Description | The amino terminus of mPEG-Amine is more reactive than the hydroxyl group for the acylating agent, and it is easy to carry out the reductive amination reaction. The reactivity of the amino group can be linked to other molecules by generating stable chemical bonds such as an amide bond, a urethane bond, a urea bond and a secondary amine bond. They can be used to prepare ligands with biologically active compounds, carriers for peptide synthesis, preparation of polymer grafts and PEG coatings, and preparation of PEG glycoprotein ligands. |
