Methoxy polyethylene glycol-Mesylate (mPEG-Mesylate) is a linear monofunctional polyethylene glycol reagent with a methyl sulfonic group. It is usually a viscous liquid or solid powder. After taking it, it is filled with inert gas and frozen at -20℃. Due to the existence of unique methylsulfonyl functional groups, it can be used in nucleophilic substitution reactions. Therefore, it is often used in targeted drug research and widely used in the cross-linking of protein carrier and ligand, etc., to increase solubility and stability.
