Four-Arm polyethylene glycol-Vinyl Sulfone (4-Arm PEG-VS) is a multiarm PEG derivative with vinyl sulfone groups at each terminal of the four arms connected to one pentaerythritol core. It is usually viscous or solid, soluble in organic solvents and water, and can be stored for a long time at -20℃. Vinyl sulfone can selectively react with sulfhydryl groups for site-specific PEGylation of peptides and proteins. It can be used in drug delivery, nano materials research, cell culture, cross-linking, labeling, imaging, hydrogel and other fields.
