NH2-PEG-PCL, a functional amphiphilic block copolymer (ABC), has an amine-based and hydrophobic block polycaprolactone (PCL) at the end of the molecular chain. It can self-assemble into pH sensitive polymer micelles. NH2-PEG-PCL is a biodegradable, biocompatible polyethylene glycolated copolymer of polyester chain segments. The end of the PEG block has an amine group for the preparation of nanoparticles and micelles for targeted drug delivery. The active group at the end of the product can link some modified peptides, proteins, sugars, folic acid or antibodies, etc., so that it has an active targeting effect.
