RGD-PEG-SH is one of the commonly used biodegradable copolymers of functional polymers and polypeptide amino acids. It's a solid or semisolid depending on its molecular weight. RGD-PEG-SH is soluble in some organic solvents such as CH₂Cl₂ and CH₃Cl. It can be linked to drug with COOH group, antibodies and small molecules. It has a wide range of applications and can be used for passive targeting of micelles and vesicles, active targeting research, nanotechnology and new materials research in drug delivery, as well as cell culture, and ligand research, peptide synthesis support, grafting polymers, new materials and polyethylene glycol modified functional coatings and other active compounds in medical research.
