DSPE-PEG-FITC is a linear heterobifunctional PEG reagent with DSPE phospholipids and fluorescein FITC dyes at both ends of the molecular chain. It is a phospholipid PEG conjugate with hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties. DSPE-PEG-FITC is an excellent liposome forming material and can also be used for drug delivery, gene transfection and vaccine delivery. Polyethylene glycolation of phospholipids significantly improved the circulation time and stability of encapsulated drugs. These materials can also be used for targeted drug delivery by modifying their surfaces with targeted ligands (e.g. antibodies, peptides).At the same time, it is labeled with luciferin, which emits green fluorescence and can be easily detected by conventional fluorescence instruments.
