Description

Boc-Amine Alkyne-PEG-OH, MW 1,000 is a linear trifunctional polyPEG with protected amine, alkyne, and hydroxyl. The alkyne can be reacted with azide molecule via copper click chemistry whereas the hydroxyl can be further derivatized to other functional group. The boc protecting group can be removed under acidic conidtion using TFA or HCl to produce a free amine for coupling with an NHS ester. Please contact us for GMP-grade inquiries.
