| Description | Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) polypeptide is a common tumor active targeting polypeptide that can directly act on tumor targets to form an active targeting effect. The applications of RGD peptides includes inhibition of apoptosis, angiogenesis and tumor formation. RGD peptides are used as coating surfaces for biomaterials to enhance drug delivery and imaging for disease diagnosis. PEGylated RGD can be cross-linked with other molecules via reactive terminal groups on PEG for use in various biomedical studies. |
