Description

Fmoc-N-amido-PEG-NHS ester, MW 2,000 is a PEGylation reagent containing a Fmoc protecting group and a terminal succinimidyl group. NHS ester is reactive with amine nucleophile very rapidly at pH 7-9. The hydrophilic PEG chain increases the water solubility properties of the compound.
