| Description | Tos-PEG7-COOtBu linker bears a t-butyl ester and a tosyl group. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases the solubility in aqueous media. The carboxyl group protected by tert-butyl can be deprotected under acidic conditions. Tosyl group is a very good leaving group for nucleophilic substitution reaction. |
