y-shape-PEG-fluorescein is a 2-arm PEG derivative containing a fluorescein group, which is useful for fluorescence monitoring of PEGylation reaction with Y-shape PEGs. Fluorescein, often referred to as FITC, is a biologically common fluorescent tracer used to stain cells, tissues, biomarkers, or nanoparticles. It has peak absorption or excitation at 494 nm and maximum emission at 521 nm. Fluorescent PEG is Commonly used for PEGylation to label or label biomolecules and nanoparticles with excitement. Because of its large spatial structure, Y-type PEG is more selective than linear PEG. Polyethylene glycol arms have hydrophilic and other excellent physical and chemical properties. For example, PEG chains can inhibit nonspecific binding of charged molecules to modified surfaces.
